- Typefaces
- Instrument Serif, a narrow bookish serif with one italic word per line, over Karla for the details.
- Palette
- Dust and a warm adobe band, charcoal ink, a sage accent that never fills a button, and a single indigo night band for the sky.
- First screen
- The name in tracked capitals over a hairline nav, then the photograph of the house inside an arch, then the headline beneath it. Words never sit on the photo.
