- Typefaces
- Bodoni Moda, a high-contrast serif set very large, over Onest, a clean sans for the details.
- Palette
- White and a pale sand band, deep navy ink, and a sea-glass green accent. Pill buttons in navy.
- First screen
- Type first: the headline and a short lead on white, then the photograph of the house and the dune edge to edge beneath it. Words never sit on the photo.
